We visit quite often and have never had a bad experience. Staff always pleasant and amenable, food lovely, whether it’s a cake and cuppa or a light bite, all freshly made. A pleasant experience every time. Worth a visit, plus centre itself is lovely. Christmas time amazing with the reindeer.

Visited to find out more. Had a great tour and lots of helpful info so we booked a session for our grandson and his cousin at the 'Halloween Party'. Staff excellent - very helpful and made the boys feel welcome whilst keeping a safe environment. Excellent value for the party with food included, although some parents were clearly taking more than their fair share for themselves not their kids (shame on you!). Staff made a great effort to dress up and join in the fun which created a great atmosphere - well done all! Will definately consider a return visit, may even have a bounce myself one day.

Beautiful walk with the children to get some fresh air. Plenty of on side parking. Amazing view of the coal mine on the left hand side also.

In a very handy location in the town centre, excellent parking and handy for the bus stops. The Cinema is very clean and fresh smelling, the staff are always friendly and helpful. We always book on line for the best deals, always worth going for the VIP seats which are very comfortable to sit and watch the movie with a drink and snacks. Located very handy for the local bars and eateries and the main shopping centre. During the week is usually a bit quieter than at a weekend.
