One of the top diving destinations in the world for its bright storybook coral reefs, the island of Cozumel is also home to a variety of natural beaches. Choose a beach with soft white sand for relaxing, or snorkel off a rockier vista. Palancar Reef

This beautiful reef sits in about 80 feet of water and is a popular diving spot.

Palancar Caves, Palancar Gardens, Palancar Big Caves, Palancar Bricks.....all great dive sites. A good Dive operation will take the time and expense to drive their boats down to the southern dive sites where visiting scuba divers will see the best variety of sea life, coral mounts, swim throughs, and pelagics. We had a great experience with ScubaLife.

Santa Rosa Wall

Underwater wall with spectacular coral reefs.

Reviewed By chadmicsmith - Portland, United States

One of my favorite spots in Cozumel, Santa Rosa Wall kind of has it all with healthy reef that goes down as deep as you're willing to venture (we typically hang around 70-80 ft.) and some really cool swim throughs! The dive ends on the sand where we've been lucky enough to catch rays and larger fish like grouper hanging out waiting to put a finale on what is always an enjoyable dive. A must when diving Cozumel!

Columbia Reef

Giant sea turtles and groupers await those with the courage (and the experience) to brave the fierce currents at this diving site.

This was the first dive of the morning we did with Dive with Martin and we saw many things, including an octopus, spiny lobster, stingrays and a turtle. We did a really nice, large swim-through that was pretty impressive. This is one of the really great reefs available to dive off the coast of Cozumel.

We loved our day trip to Cozumel Pearl Farm! Isabel was very responsive leading up to our trip and she is so knowledgeable and passionate about their pearl farm project. The 45 minute boat ride to the farm is very enjoyable. The private beach is amazing and the turquoise waters are so beautiful. It was a nice variety of activities including snorkeling, beach time, educational time, and eating a delicious lunch. 2020 was a difficult year for them with COVID, hurricanes and even robberies on their property, but their positive attitude shines through and with the return of tourism, they have many plans to rebuild and improve upon the farm. Book this tour- you won't be disappointed!

Adrianna was very gracious in accommodating our private Jeep tour and Pueblo del Maiz was one of her fabulous recommendations. We were greeted by guides in full Mayan dress, taught several Mayan words, made authentic tamales and enjoyed them at the end of our tour. We ground cacao seeds to make chocolate, greatly enjoyed a cup of Mayan “hot chocolate,” were entertained with a Mayan dance and played Mayan ball. All in all, a very interesting, fun and delicious time!
