The Costa Dorada is one of the main tourist destinations on the Mediterranean. It is a rich and varied territory, with a long coastline bathed in sunshine and an interior dotted by quiet villages and cultivated fields. The Costa Dorada is much more than sun, sea and sand. It offers its visitors a wide range of leisure activities, culture, nature and history in an ideal setting of peace and tranquillity, perfect for holidays with the whole family.

As always beautiful clean beach lots of space for the kids to run around. Plenty of sun loungers and shade for around 5euros each

Once again a brilliant holiday in La Pineda Love this gorgeous beach and had a few days with amazing waves that the kids loved.

Wonderful landscape, great water and friendly people. My husband felt dizzy and very quickly people came to help us. Such a wonderful beach and kind people (specially the guy of the wooden bar, who allowed us to stay some time on the shade and asked often how we were doing) made me feel in paradise.

I was staying in Salou and cycled here a couple of times. There is a coastal footpath you can also walk it. I’d suggest if cycling have a good bike or be prepared to have to push up some steep slopes! If you’re in a family with young children best to take the car. I don’t understand the negative reviews of this beach. For me it was perfect. Clear & clean water. Great for snorkelling in the rocky areas & swimming. Plenty of bins and also a bar on the beach and toilets. I walked up to a cafe at the top of the slope as they had a good food menu which included takeaways so sat on the beach. It was never to busy but mainly locals rather than tourists.
