Explore 15,000 square feet of four floors within the Wickwire Residence in Downtown Cortland, NY. The grand limestone Chateauesque style mansion, built by industrialist and local philanthropist Chester F Wickwire and designed by architect Samuel Burrage Reed, features parquet floor, jewel-like stained glass windows, oak and cherry woodwork, and ornate decorative stenciling. The 1890 House Museum is part of the Historic District in the City of Cortland and ongoing restoration projects are returning this architectural treasure to its historic splendor. Come visit us and wander through our restored period rooms, view our changing exhibitions, and attend our special programs and events.
The history of the Wickwire family is interesting. The architecture is superb. The craftsmanship of the woodwork was excellent and the many touches which incorporated the family business made it even better. One is not usually impressed with doorknobs, but these are one of a kind. Like many house museums, this one is a work in progress which makes return visits worthwhile.

Under new ownership since June 2018! Our outdoor pirate course is full of twists and turns, water traps and a river hole. We feature the largest indoor Black Light Mini Golf course in the nation. After golf, enjoy our bounce houses, gem dig or fluff and stuff a bear or try our new arcades. Our newest attraction is our outdoor paintball arcade. Shoot at over 100 targets and props. Snacks available!
Omg this is great! So much enthusiasm, hard work, humor, and talent put toward letting people take a break from these trying times and just enjoy themselves. Really appreciated. Creative and clever; above and beyond. Great job, guys.

We would like thank you for your tasting event during our NYSOWA 2019 Fall Conference held this past weekend. Our visit to your tasting room was outstanding, and the added offering of “Fall Gobbler Ale” made the tasting experience a great addition of our Friday afternoon visit. We greatly appreciate working with Vic and Charles for a seamless and enjoyable event. Our gaggle of outdoor writers and communicators had a great time enjoying the seven valleys of Cortland County and all that it offers. -Mike Joyner, NYSOWA Past President, 2019 Fall Conference Chair

Lime Hollow is close to home for us, which makes it a favorite hiking destination all year round. We especially love to snowshoe there in the winter. There are many different trails to enjoy and many different levels of hiking available. You can hike the flat Lehigh Valley trail or climb the High Vista Trail for exceptional lookouts. The Art Trail includes creative totem poles and beautiful metal sculptures of the moon.Be sure to visit the Visitor Center where there is always hot chocolate ready! We love that there is a wheelchair accessible trail and public restrooms...All this and it's free!
