cannot fault this course, it was booked in november 2019 for my son and my wife on a well known discount website, we were originally due to go in april but due to the lockdown and subsequent restriction it was postponed the communication from the organisers was excellent and not a problem i have been given feedback from them excellent host, Becki was a brilliant host, good sense of humour all "adult" orientated, learn't a lot about how to flavour sausage, history of sausage, and about the company, one of the best experience days they have been bough all you need to take along is yourself as everything is provided unless you which to take your own ie cheese beans black pudding etc they came home and started looking on internet for the equipment needed highly recommended if it comes up again at the same price i might consider going my self

Corbridge Garden Room is a small family run shop in the beautiful countryside village of Corbridge. We specialise in Homeware, Gifts and Garden merchandise. Established in 2012, our range continues to flourish & grow - please pop in & have a look around!
If you are wondering what to get for a gift you are sure to find something in here, I always buy my greetings cards in here as they are lovely, and there are always lots of lovely new gifts, I think the shop originally was mainly garden things however now they seem to have a lot more house and personal gifts too which is great. Highly recommend.

Visited Middle of Oct 20 with my partner again. It's so lovely being able to enjoy a wander around such an interesting shop. It gives you tons of ideas for your home. We bought a chrome shelf/mirror and hooks thingy for our bathroom which looks lovely. Absolutely delighted with the look and the young assistant who helped us with the purchase was so lovely and helpful. Would never visit Corbridge without a visit to RE....

Set away from the busy roads, Aydon Castle is located in a beautifully quiet spot. Lots of interesting historic remains to see. A really nice picnic area within the walls, is a real sun trap on a nice day.

Not all of the sites on Hadrian's Wall were heavily guarded fortresses. Corbridge was a supply base and bustling town where the Romans and civilians would pick up food and provisions. Today, you can still walk through the town's streets and experience a true time-capsule of Roman life. You can see a valuable hoard of objects found during excavations, including Roman armour and trinkets, which provide a fascinating insight into the life of a soldier.
An excellent couple of hours..and more at this fantastic site.Contains a small museum with the addition of audio guides for the site.In a beautiful area and within walking distance of Corbridge. This in its self well worth a visit!

Quirky vintage shop in the centre of the historic town of Corbridge. Home-wares, men's and women's clothing.

The staff of this place are so welcoming and friendly! Not only does the food make this pub a great place to visit but also they welcome dogs. One of my favourite places to eat in Corbridge

An oasis of calm in a busy world. Stayed for longer than we anticipated we would, lots of interesting plants, unusual sculptures and installations around a central lawn area ideal for picnics and resting.

Played in my 3 piece band Akin Bones last friday as part of the festival. Lovely little place - pele tower converted to micro brewery and pub. Lovely welcome and friendly customers - even applauded our music making. Will be back soon.

Had we not had lunch earlier we would have had the afternoon tea which is served on a three tier stand and looks amazing, we had coffee and cake and tea and a pastry, cake and strawberry tart delicious have to mention the service the lady who served us was lovely even though it was busy and very hot she was friendly and nothing to much trouble sorry I didn’t get her name. The other staff just as nice and friendly coping well with the new way we all have to be in these strange times. The shop is wonderful so much choice and variety well laid out and again ever so friendly staff the pies are scrumptious. There are gift ideas, plants, even a pick your own fruit when in season. I can’t recommend this farm shop and tea room enough it’s well worth a visit.
