Our excellent guide was very knowledgable about the whole process of preparing different types of tea & chai. All the processes were underway when we visited in January. At the end of the trip you can try each kind and take a look at essential oil and chocolate production. I came away with a deep appreciation of the work involved in our daily cuppa!

It is a tourist spot, but not crowded at all (maybe only in the weekend). There is a viewpoint with great views of the surrounding mountains and tea plantations. Also monkeys stay at this place. Food stalls and a lot of photographers who can make your photos in traditional clothes and with a basket when you are working in the tea plantations. 5 to 10 minutes and your photo is printed. No problem if you ask them to take some photos with your own camera or mobile. It's definitely worth to visit this place.

Comes on the way to the dolphin nose so its a good idea to visit this place. The views are good and the hike to the top is very nice as it gives you a chance to walk in the forest with really tall trees. It's definitely better than the dolphin nose so avoid the later if you are in hurry.
