I made a few texts to friends and family spur of the moment to help celebrate my husband’s birthday at Comedy Magic Cabaret. I sent a message that was quickly answered by Kelly, eagerly and willing to accommodate a group of 10-14. Once I got confirmation of the number of attendees, Kelly again worked to get us all set and even allowed me to bring a birthday cake to celebrate. We had great seats for all 14 of us. The atmosphere was awesome and the cabaret is clean, cute, and comfortable. Then Kerry came out timely to start a show lasting 2 hours of solid laughs! The best part was it was funny, not filthy and my teenage sons were able to be a part of the fun! Our waiter, Greg was great and was involved in the show too! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island, or for those permanent residents in the area to come check out CMC and enjoy an evening of good, clean fun, You won’t be disappointed!

Surrender to an age of bravery and honor and witness epic battles of steel and steed during our tournament spectacular. From ringside seats, discover a feast for the eyes and appetite. An evening of enchantment and excitement for all ages. Guests are taken back in time and encouraged to cheer for one of six "Knights of the Realm," named after historic regions of medieval Spain, while feasting on a four-course banquet served in true medieval, pre-silverware fashion. The newest production features amazing lighting, costumes, choreography, exciting battle scenes, falconry, new horse dressage elements and a fresh musical score by the world renowned composer Daniel May.
My kids (two girls) loved this show so much! They had a great time before, during and after. The horses were just amazing. After the show the performers came out to sign autographs and take photos which totally thrilled my kids! Most of the food was good but I didn’t like the tomato soup. It was thin and watery. The chicken, corn and potatoes had good flavor and were cooked well. The ice cream was a nice refreshing end to the meal.

We can't rave enough about this show. The show was tremendous with live animals, fire, 'mermaids', real parrots flying around initially. The food was delicious (chicken , delicious cheddar biscuit, potatoe soup, pulled pork, and a delicious flaky apple pastry). They ask you to show up an hour in advance (to boost bartenders ability to make $) but the preshow is aggravating singing , sing alongs and poor comedy jokes. Do any shopping before the show and head upstairs. The show is upstairs after the pre-show nonsense. We wouldn't show up next time until 30 min. Prior to show time. Elevator access for those who need it and there is face painting / popcorn for the kiddos $5/bucket. The show is the best part once you survive the pre-show. Amazing food and show. A must see.

We visited a number of times, during busy food festivals and quiet times too. Its a lovely inlet with many terrific looking dining spots, fishing from the pier or charters and simply a terrific spot to get some fresh air and a little exercise, enjoy!

The Dinner Detective is very different from a traditional murder mystery dinner theater. Anyone in the room can end up being a part of the show, and the action happens throughout the entire room! Throughout the night, a crime will occur, hidden clues will be revealed, and our Detectives will help everyone try to crack the case. In the end, we have a Prize Package awaiting the Top Sleuth who provides the best answer before the killer is unmasked!
While visiting Charleston, SC to visit friends over the holidays, I ventured out to North Charleston to the convention center to catch The Dinner Detective. Typically, dinner theater food is not the best. However, the four course meal included with the murder mystery was DELICIOUS! I was more than pleasantly surprised, and yet, the show was even better than the food. I haven't laughed that hard in years! Just when I thought I figured out "who done it" I was thrown another hilareous curve ball. Kudos to the actors too .... As an actor myself, I thought I could pick out all the "actors". Boy was I wrong! I would definitely recommend The Dinner Detective to anyone looking for good food and a great time while visiting Charleston, SC. I look forward to seeing it again the next time I'm in town!
