A newly renovated theater offering champagne and popcorn.
My past visits to this historic movie theatre was several years ago to see Charleston Stage performances when their home at the Dock Street Theatre was under renovation. On this latest occasion, it was for our youngest son’s wedding. The ceremony was in the theatre and the reception was in the ballroom. Everything was first class and the 100 or so guests all had a very enjoyable time. My son and his fiancee (now his wife) had selected this venue and I cannot visualize a better one for this happy occasion.

Cultural Arts Center Charleston (CACC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to PROMOTING AND ADVANCING THE CULTURAL ARTS through an ongoing series of family performances, educational programs, and community events THAT CELEBRATE OUR DIVERSE AND MULTICULTURAL COMMUNITY.
I have been to CPAC to see four previous shows, which have all been excellent, and this Christmas Spectacular was no different! I received the tickets as a birthday gift and it was a great way to get into the holiday spirit! The cast is very talented and the performance is incredibly engaging. If you have time this holiday season, I would definitely recommend going to see their holiday show! Just make sure you leave a little extra time to get there, as the traffic to the James Island County Park Light show can create quite a bit of traffic.

Original live theater in the heart of Charleston! Each show is written and created by our company of actors + designers. We may even make you a drink before the play starts! At the corner of Meeting and Pinckney Streets in the historic district. Fun champagne cocktails, specialty sodas, and savory snacks are by!
34 West Theater Company on Meeting Street in Charleston is a great venue for entertainment and an enjoyable theater experience. The theater is just the right size that it feels up close and personal and like you are part of everything without being too close. I like all of the drink and snack options that they have available as well as it adds to everything. I have enjoyed just about every show that I have been to here.

The Awendaw Green Barn Jams are an outdoor, year-round Wednesday night original music showcase that get folks off their couch to enjoy and connect with others and support original music and the artist that make it. It is held in Awendaw, SC, 15 miles North of Charleston under grand oaks by an old barn that evokes the Lowcountry in a uniquely hyper-local bohemian atmosphere on the grounds of the Sewee Outpost. It runs from 6-10pm every Wed night of the year and features a diverse assembly of music from around the globe. Try a wood fired pizza, the grill, or fresh local oysters in season and drink your own libations responsibly. $5 donation at door, all ages are welcome, BYOB, pets on a leash, and it is always a family friendly occasion.

A theater company located on Hilton Head Island, bringing passionate, thought-provoking plays to the Low Country.
Saw Lean Ensemble's production of The Christians yesterday and woke up still thinking about this play. What an absolute blessing to the area. From the venue, to the owners, to the unbelievable talent, this is BY FAR the best attraction in Myrtle Beach. My husband and I have been to two shows in the last week and we cannot wait to go back.
