Experience Southern Appalachian regional history dating from Cherokee history up to today in the permanent exhibit, The River of Time, and learn about The “Red Back:” America’s Best-Loved Hymnal which offers visitors a look at the history and impact of the beloved “Red Back” Church Hymnal. The Museum Center also features temporary and mini exhibits throughout the year. Visit the Museum Store gift shop featuring high-end, hand-crafted items from local artists in the Southern Appalachian region. This large selection includes paintings, pottery, jewelry, glasswork, fiber art, accessories, local honey, woodwork, leatherwork, and many more. The facility has multiple rental options for events and conferences. The Museum Center is located in the heart of downtown historic Cleveland with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, ample free parking, and easy access to I-75.

Visit any of those Flea Markets in case you want to purchase anything,these markets have every thing under the roof of your needs,from gift items to daily required. The market is open on weekends only. The best thing is they don’t take taxes that’s why items are cheaper here,have to bargain and many will oblige by giving discount,visit early during the day as the markets generally closes by 6 in the evening
