Antique shop and bookstore located a hundred meters from the Fine Arts Museum and right next to the famous Sloppy Joe's bar in Havana. The venue's decoration renders a unique atmosphere which recreates the charms of the Cuban past. The only problem I find with the place is that in its small (but how wonderful!) four walls it amassed such an incredible amount of mesmerizing trinkets, original posters, old photographs and other perfect attestations to the Grandeur of the Havana’s past, that one’s very limited luggage capacity becomes all too painfully obvious. A must on anyone’s walk about town! And make sure, somehow you make room in that suitcase.

This shop is simply beautiful, you get the feel of a cross better soho and Brooklyn heights complete with Cuban flair and influence. This company Is a collective of Cuban woman entrepreneurs who truly put together every aspect of what you will be wearing from design, product, packaging and alterations. The quality is superb as is the range in fashion and design. I bought a beautiful blue printed shirt and my mother bought light salmon pants and we both had them altered. Custom made clothing while fully supporting the Cuban private sector economy. Perfect! Make this a stop On your next trip!
