Chonburi (Thai: ชลบุรี, RTGS: Chon Buri, [tɕ͡ʰōn bū.rīː] ( listen)) is an eastern province (changwat) of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, and Rayong. To the west is the Gulf of Thailand. Chonburi is home to Thailand's largest tourist oriented city, Pattaya (also spelled Phatthaya), it is the only province outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Area to connect by an eight-lane motorway to Bangkok, 80 km distant. It is home to Thailand's largest and primary seaport, it has a thriving migrant and expatriate population. Due to these factors, the province's population is growing rapidly, with currently some 1.7 million residents (albeit with a large floating or unregistered population). The registered population as of 31 December 2012 was 1.36 million.

This was so much fun, but more importantly, something I will use. I absolutely love Thai food but it’s difficult to find where I live. Warren is an American expat who teaches the class and his Thai wife Lom is the final taste tester before anything goes out. She can discern if the smallest ingredient is missing or if anything needs adding. I gotta say, this food, which I COOKED, is better than many Thai restaurants I’ve visited. But come prepared with an empty belly because you’ll be eating four large, delicious, meals with every class.

Authentic Thai Cooking School. Located in Pattaya, our school offers authentic dishes: Thai Green Curry, Tom Yung Koon and Mango Sticky rice to name a few. Our Masterchef, Sheri, will guide you through the steps of recreating your favourite dish. We have six cooking stations in our air-conditioned classroom. Have been going to Sherie cooking lessons for 10 years. Always have a good time cooking and experimenting with all the Thai food. This trip I was asked by my old mate Shamus who wanted to do some Thai cooking to take back to Ireland. & I had some dishes i wanted to play with not on the list. i have cooked everything on the menus and then I go in search for more... Always puts a smile on Sheries face . Bob where you find this.. always good to learn & fine tune.. Sherie always makes you feel welcomed great teacher..
