For a totally unique experience with exotic animals - book your animal encounter today. Immerse yourself in Oxfordshire’s best kept secret, Heythrop Zoological Gardens!
Amazing sloth encounter, Talita loved being stroked and fed vegetables, keeper was very knowledgeable and was amazing to see pygmy hippos too as share same house. Amazing where else can you get up close with a beautiful sloth, who adores the fuss and attention you give her. Simply magical, made a 60th birthday present unforgettable and even got a beautiful certificate to remind us of the special day. Highly recommended for all sloth lovers, not to be missed.

Believed to date from 3000BC, this is one of the most famous stone circles in the British Isles, which consists of a stone circle (The King's Men,) a standing stone (The King Stone,) and a burial chamber (The Whispering knights.)
We went early morning before it gets crowded and parking becomes an issue. The stones themselves are very impressive and if you visit on a sunny day the views, especially from the King Stone across the road are breath taking. Highly recommend.

Jaffe and Neale’s combines being a well-stocked and interesting bookshop with being a delightful cafe. My wife and I called in soon after arriving in Chipping Norton for a short break. The service was quick and friendly and the cakes - ginger and rhubarb cake and a salted caramel brownie - were delicious. I also managed rapidly to find an ideal book as a present for my young niece.

We are a small but influential theatre, cinema and arts centre in the cotswolds - one of the smallest producing theatres in the country. We welcome over 50,000 people a year through our doors for a mixture of theatre, arthouse cinema, music, comedy, dance and participatory workshops. Hope to see you here soon!
This is a small local little theatre that is staffed mostly by local volunteers. They show films, live telecasts (Opera Ballet etc) ,put on plays, pantomimes and host comedy acts. There are several things on every week. Getting tickets for the headline acts is a bit of a mission but worth it when you do. Its small, old fashioned and intimate and the seating is a bit primitive. The atmosphere for live shows is extremely good and the audience usually seem to have had a good time, The bar is open at the interval and drinks can be taken in to the Auditorium. Do the local pubs for early dinner before, then for a night cap afterwards. Super night out!!!!

Mixing classic fairy tales, animals and adventure play, children will love Fairytale Farm. With our exciting adventure playground, an enchanted walk with a surprise around every corner and a chance to meet our amazing animals, there is so much to see and do. It is a sensory and learning wonderland for all the family.
A happy and bright place to spend many an hour feeding the animals, in the sandpit, duck racing, and exploring the interactive displays. Our 3 year old loved the lights and animals, and youngest (1) enjoyed the play area. Friendly staff and family run entertainment.
