Chippenham is a large historic market town in northwest Wiltshire, England. It lies 20 miles east of Bristol, 86 miles west of London and 4 miles west of The Cotswolds AONB. The town was established on a crossing of the River Avon and some form of settlement is believed to have existed there since before Roman times. It was a royal vill, and probably a royal hunting lodge, under Alfred the Great. The town continued to grow when Great Western Railway arrived in 1841; it is now a major commuter town.

If tonight is our last pub visit in months, it was well worth the trip to this amazing jewel in the crown (excuse the pun!). In the current climate, the atmosphere could have been somber, but there was a party feeling even though we all kept to our social distancing. The bar staff, B, created a fantastic night, suggesting local craft ales that delighted the palate. I was also informed that during the government shut down for pubs, takeaway beverages are available from 5 to 7 each evening. I will be back and hopefully this establishment will make it through the next few months. Five stars easily.

The room holds a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6. You must be at least 13 years old to take part, any under 16's must be under adult supervision. This experience is just £20/person for groups between 4-6 people
Dino deadlock was great! Sure to please even experienced escape room fans. I would say it was a bit ambitious to attempt it as a couple, and would probably work best with 4 (or more) as there is lots to get done. Clearly a lot of thought and imagination has gone into its creation, with set design and props that elevate it above the average escape room.
