Took my grand daughter to the museum. She had a great time playing and learning. Very reasonable cost and clean environment.

Yanks Air Museum houses one of the largest and most historically significant collections of American aircraft including the World War II fighters, dive and torpedo bombers. The aircraft collection begins with the 1903 Wright Flyer (only replica in collections) and continues through the 1980s era represented by the F-15 Eagle, F-16 Fighting Falcon and Blue Angels F-18 Hornet. The collection now numbers more than 190 aircraft and continues to grow, many are the last surviving examples of their kind. Yanks restores all aircraft to airworthy condition, in the restoration of these rare aircraft, only original factory specifications & materials are used.

The Planes of Fame Air Museum is located at the Chino Airport in Southern California. It features a collection of nearly 100 aircraft, from a replica of the 1903 Wright Flyer to aircraft from World War I, the Golden Age of Aviation, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. A large number of these aircraft have been restored to flight and fly regularly. An annual Airshow, special events throughout the year, and educational displays make this a great visit for any fan of history or a simple family outing.
Although the Planes of Fame Museum has aircraft of many countries of origin on display, and also a prototype of an early American jet engine, the Lockheed L-1000, the corners of some of the museum's hangars contain models of so many military, civil, and experimental aircraft from the annals of aviation history. I was struck at so many models of experimental and military aircraft and missiles from World War I to the present day, including advanced X-series aircraft, early cruise missiles, and a couple military aircraft designed by Howard Hughes.

You could call this park “Recreation Central” because of the tremendous range of activities on offer, from disc golf and mountain bike trails, to soccer and baseball fields, two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic shooting range and archery field, a dog training center and radio-controlled model plane airport -- something for everyone.Prado is also renowned for its bird-watching opportunities, and is a seasonal home for the endangered Least Bell’s Vireo. The park plays host to an annual Civil War reenactment and the Lake Matthews Dog Show.Prado Park is part of the Prado Basin, with rolling hills and grasslands dotted with stands of black willow trees. Chino and Mill creeks border the park’s western and eastern boundaries creating a riparian, or river bank, habitat before the creeks merge with the Santa Ana River. What’s more, the park is conveniently located with nearby freeway access and the convergence of four counties: San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles.
The Ranger in front was kind and if you ask questions they answer. This park has a lot going on if you just look. The rv camping is full hook up drive through. Bathrooms are clean. People camping there are friendly and helpful. They have frizz bee tossing areas, fishing, campfire pits. Soccer area, baseball area. A small hiking area. Across the street Archery and a shooting range, farther down a Historical Ranch not open as of yet. Don’t no when they’ll open. You can ask the rangers when they have something going on. As for swimming I did not see anything. But for a close by get away it ok. They have information on they different kinds of birds. Just to go in and look around is free. But to walk around cost $8.00. I didn’t see any fish being caught. But you do need a fishing license and you must buy their fishing permit. You must have a two pole fishing license if you bring two poles or pay a fishing fine. Call and see when they stock the lake.

This is a great range in a day when shooting ranges in California are becoming so far apart and few in number. Well run by nice staff. Highly recommended.
