Balancing traditionnal methods of wine making with modern material to achieve top quality wines, we use a maximum of natural regulation mechanism, well planned struggle against parasitic and observation of lunar cycles are our golden rules. We thoroughly recommend this 3-hour wine tour which also includes a visit and tasting at a goats cheese farm. Laure is very friendly and knowledgeable about the production techniques of both, explaining it all in great detail. She speaks excellent English. We really enjoyed our afternoon with her.

We enjoyed a private tour of a small family winery on a very hot day. Thankful that we chose to wine taste among the vines in the shade with Adélaïde who gave a delightful presentation on the geology of the area affecting the taste of the wine. It was a lovely beginning to our vacation.
