Historic bookstore founded in 1874 in tents.
I went to Chautauqua for a week and spent most of my money right here in the bookstore! Great selection, and they always have the books of the current weeks' speakers available. Lots of things other than books - tshirts, umbrellas, gifts, all kinds of things. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I mentioned I had read a book by someone from Chautauqua and I was looking for the second one - they led me right to them and even found one not on the shelf at the moment. Lovely store.

We camped at paridise Bay campground for the weekend! That was a really great place and the people who own it are awesome. We drove just a few miles away to downtown Findlay lake and bought lots great unusual things! The candle company is awesome, but the outlet store is really great! Prices are very good! The antique shop is great and the general store has great ice cream! Really enjoyed our time there!
