The house was founded in 1825 by Joseph Perrier. Always family owned, 6 generations later it is managed today by Benjamin FOURMON. The only remaining House making champagne in Chalons-en-Champagne, its cellars are carved straight into the chalk hillside. These Gallo-Roman galleries incorporate skylights and a reflector to bring to some a little daylight. Each separate champagne cuvee created by Joseph PERRIER has a clear and distinct character while retaining a recognizable House style.
