National Trust car park at site. Beautiful church. Lovely views from the hill climb, which isn’t actually that bad to climb!!! Quite a few steps down to the beach. If coming in rain, the footpath and steps do flood so wear wellies!!! Small cafe and shop half way down to beach with friendly staff. Beautiful sandy cove. Don’t sit near the back due to erosion. Recommended.

Sunday 8th September 2019. Family of 5 (ages 21 to 64). This is a gorgeous little cove. You reach it (assuming you are driving and not doing the coastal walk) via narrow lanes, proceed with caution. There is parking (limited) at the base of the hill you drive down to reach the cove. It's famous for its seals and we did see some in the bay and whilst taking a short stroll up the cliff path to the right as one faces out to sea. We also spied some decent sized jellyfish on our walk! It's a lovely spot and well worth a visit.

Lovely large beach with a variety of options; rock pools at low tide, sand dunes, options for walking in different directions with lovely views, great sand for digging sand castles. Great cafe by the car park.

We stayed here over the Easter Bank Holiday enjoying stunning weather and walks and paddles on this lovely beach. It was so nice to see that dogs are allowed on the beach too.

Nice beach that is dog friendly on one half. Can walk to this beach along the coastal path from Aberporth. Excellent views from the path with some interesting old railway carriages turned into homes /holiday homes along the way. Note there is very limited parking at the beach.

There is a National Trust car park at the top which is £5 all day, (unless you are a member) which has a cafe next door, but we didn't visit, but had been told the cakes are amazing. There are 2 ways down to the beach, you can follow the road, which takes approx 5-10 mins, you can take the car down, drop people and bags off and then come back up & park, you can't park at the bottom as its a turning circle. We took the woodland walk, took about 15 mins, there are steep steps up and then you do have to step over tree branches which are across the path. The walk through the woods is pretty and in the shade, then there are more steps down. There are 2 parts to the beach - when the tide is out you can get to the other part, which is beautiful with rocks to explore. Worth a visit. No facilities on the beach so take a picnic.

Excellent clean dog friendly beach, with crags & caves - popular with families as there's plenty of eating & drinking options on the beach front

Gorgeous dog friendly beach, With plenty of room to spread out. Car park was very full with it bring bank holiday weekend, but as the beach is so big, it still felt empty! We love it here, just so beautiful x

You can go for a nice relaxing stroll along the promenade right up the castle and war memorial. If you walk on the beach then it is best to wear sandals or flipflops. The beach and surrounding area is clean, well maintained and family friendly
