Having been to other cycle establishments in America (SoulCycle, Cyclebar, etc.), I can safely say Rocycle is just as good, if not better than its competition. The cycle staff has such an upbeat personality from the minute you enter & check-in with the staff. There's a juice bar right inside with very reasonably priced juices, smoothies, and healthy food. After my workout, I purchased The Glow, a medium juice for 4.50 and it was so refreshing after a difficult workout. My instructor this morning was Sharon and she was fabulous. She pushed everyone to be the best they could be & was very energetic. She continually got off the bike and encouraged us, which kept the mood really excited. The workout was 45 minutes and included some weight training as well that was really challenging! I'd highly recommend taking a class with Sharon as she's one of the best instructors I've ever had in my years of cycle classes. The overall facility is super clean and offers showers, towels, hairdryers & straighteners for after class. Spin shoes are provided for no additional cost as well as lockers. If you're wanting to test out Recycle or are just here for a quick holiday, sign up for their 2 classes for 18 euros. It's so worth it!!

The most amazing ice experience in Holland Frosty winter or not, there will definitely be ice in Amsterdam this winter; Ice*Amsterdam returns as the capitol’s cosiest ice rink at the familiar Museumplein location. Yound and old will slide, slip and stumble around from November 16th 2019 till Febraury 2th 2020.
On first glance the Ice Bar seems a bit of a novelty, which it is, but I decided to give it a go and I was pleasantly surprised. There's a great atmosphere with the pirate themed decoration and cast members, as well as tasty custom nautical themed cocktails. Inside the actual Ice Bar you get 2 free drinks; a Heineken (of course, you're in Amsterdam) or a vodka or rum short with a refill. I would suggest getting the Heineken as the "glass" (glass shaped ice) is larger, so on your refill of the short you get a lot more for your money. The short is fairly strong but tasty and had me stumbling home but luckily my hotel was only a few minutes walk away
