The X-Door is the biggest room escape games company of Spain, and one of the best things to do in Alicante. A new and unique way of fun and entertainment in Alicante, totally different to anything else. If you are from abroad and you don't speak Spanish, no need to worry. You do not need to know Spanish to play. Form a team of 2 to 5 persons and come and play (BOOKING REQUIRED).
There were four of us, and there was no language barrier at all. Some of the clues were hard to work out, some were not so hard. We all really enjoyed this, even though one of us had never played any type of escape game before. It helped to share out the workload where possible, so I imagine it would be a lot harder with just two people. We escaped with seconds to spare. This was great fun and we'd definitely do this again in a different room.

I loved this museum! It should be on every visitors itinerary as it celebrates the official fiesta of Alicante, The Fogueres de Sant Joan (Bonfires of SaintJohn). It's packed full of the fantastic, colourful figures that have been saved from the bonfires that consume all the other figures that have been created for the annual fiesta. The detail and humour in these -sometimes rather naughty- figures is a real credit to the people who make them. This is an art gallery/museum with a difference. There is a similar fiesta and museum in Valencia but the Tourist Office said that Alicante's was much bigger and better! Entry is free.

Very pretty plaza to walk through and spend some idle time. Beautiful old banyan trees, surrounded by pubs and restaurants.
