A short excursion of half day to enjoy the best of Moscow, it is not only a sight view but it is a private excursion with calm and all explications.
Inclusions: Metro Tickets
Exclusions: Coffee and/or Tea
Been living here for the past year and a half. I have ventured already twice into Siberia (Summer and Winter). I venture almost every time I get into a new neighborhood or metro station of the beautiful wonderful city. In my early days as a traveller, I though my dream was to have once the chance to live in Paris... how wrong I was. My dream became true but improved... I live in Moscow that is 1000 times better, nicer, prettier, more interesting, and way cheaper than Paris. I love it here, every day, every season. I hope I get to stay here as long as possible. This is one of the world's best kept secrets, with all the unpopular propaganda going around in the West about this great country.

Visit the legendary battlefield of the two Patriotic Wars where Napoleon's Grand Armee fought its deadliest single-day battle against the Russian Army in 1812 and where in 1941 the German troops were rushing towards Moscow. Borodino field is dotted with dozens of monuments and fortifications. There's also a small but noteworthy museum displaying artefacts and artworks related to 1812. The itinerary is totally flexible, explore everything at your own pace. I'm not a licensed guide so I'll rather be your driver and travel companion on that trip providing all the essential information and assistance. This tour can be combined with visiting the tank museum in Kubinka and the Patriot park which house an extensive collection of German and Soviet armour. My car is a Subaru Outback comfortable for 3 passengers (but can accommodate 4).

Nikolay organized an amazing three day trip for me. He was very flexible with helping me plan a trip that fit my needs and was even willing to pick me up from the airport. He was a very good driver and his car was comfortable. He knew a lot of information about all the places we visited and was a good travel companion in general for passing the long hours driving. He helped me to pick budget accommodations for our overnights. I really enjoyed my three days spent with him and learned a lot about the history of the golden ring. I enjoyed walking around the small towns and hearing stories. We visited Sergiev Posad, Pereslavl, Rostov, Yaroslavl, Suzdal and Vladimir as well as some smaller stops along the way. He was flexible with how much time we spent at each destination. Overall it was a great trip. I visited in winter but I hope to see some of the cities in summer and would definitely hope to travel with Nikolay again!

Moscow, The Mother of Russia, is a genuine Russian city with the Kremlin and its onion domed cathedrals. The dramatic changes over the last decade have made the city to one of the most dynamic metropolis in the world. Week end in Moscow is a great way to meet foreign guests with the capital of Russia. For two days off we will show the main sights and symbols of Moscow. Energetic guests can also enjoy the nightlife of the metropolis.

Sergiev Posad is a very unusual city. It is at the same time the spiritual center of the Russian state, a symbol of the Orthodox faith and a monument to the national history of the XIX - early XX centuries. The traditional medieval history and topography of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra is well known, it roams from textbook to textbook and has managed to turn into an apocrypha. On the other hand, this fascinating tale is full of white spots: the life of this settlement outside the church walls in the XVIII-XIX centuries, the ups and downs of the patriarchy in the last 50 years of the Russian Empire, the Soviet “Zagorsky” period, the wanderings of P.A. Florensky and VV Rozanova, and, finally, our modernity with you, in something more fascinating than the old antiquity. I will try to talk about the church and secular history of the city, taking unbeaten routes and turning to the inquisitive minds of interlocutors. See you!

On the tour you will get to see the Ice cave and florarium and walk on the floating bridge. Also, there is a small souvenir shop.

I learned a lot. I could see all development in the conquering of space by Russians. It was very nice too see move about international station. The guide was very nice.
It is a pedestrian tour across the center of Moscow. You will throw a coin and make a wish at the Zero Kilometer, enjoy the architectural diversity of the city and see all the climatic zones of Russia in one park. You’ll get to know: • How a small village on the edge of the world became the capital of the country; • About a cemetery inside the main country’s fortress’ wall; • How a temple was transformed into a swimming pool; • About the unique clock mechanism which stays functional for 150 years; • How the biggest hotel in Europe became a beautiful park; • How come Moscow is called 5 seas bay if there’s just one river?
