I had a wonderful massage with Ciri. The music was relaxing and the room I was in was full of beautiful Indian art. I loved the shoulder and leg/feet part of the massage. Overall it was very relaxing and left me feeling like a fresh new person!

The Cuernavaca Buddhist Centre offers meditation and Buddhism classes as well as health services including yoga and Chi Kung. We also have a small shop which sells Buddhist books and other items, as well as a library where you can study and relax. You can also enjoy our beautiful garden!

Liza Keogh delights in bringing the benefits of yoga practices to people of all ages and abilities, through private instruction, group classes and on-line learning. A recognized Yoga Elder, she is known for the breadth of her knowledge, as well as her skillful use of language, imagery and adjustment techniques. Liza holds certifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Prenatal Yoga, and Ayurvedic Massage. She founded and ran a successful yoga center in Massachusetts, and for over ten years brought yoga to venues that included public parks, corporations and low-income health centers. Liza has also written and developed curriculum for yoga teacher trainings, and is able to certify others to teach at the 200-hour level. She has extensive experience in leading yoga retreats, often in conjunction with writing coaches and therapists. Here in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, she has been instructing primarily one-on-one, as well as offering series in Subtle Body Anatomy, Pelvic Awareness, and Slow Flow Yoga. Her current projects include her first book on yoga, and work with an international group of fitness experts on incorporating the latest scientific research on fascia into body mind practices. She is also in Lorin Roche's Tantric Meditation teacher training, based on his 40 years of work with the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra (the 'Radiance Sutras').
