Liverpool's fortunes have historically been tied to shipping. But imports and exports like sugar, spice and tobacco pale in comparison with Liverpool's most famous export of all—the Beatles. Relive the hysteria at the Beatles Story Experience, and check out Paul's childhood home, but also leave time for exploring Liverpool Cathedral and the Walker Art Gallery.

Had a fantastic night at the laughterhiuse comedy and so week looked after by the most lovely hostess Cal Cairns. Fab service at the bar and the acts were amazing real proper belly laughs. Word of advice don’t go to heckle as the amazing comedien Chris Cairns is no lightweight he will shoot you down verbally and leave you speechless !!! I had tears rolling down my face with laughter. They handled the crowd so well as it was a difficult stag do in the front row but no task to small for chris as he showed them exactly how it’s done. Brilliant night out. Highly recommend a visit. Will definitely go back.

Set in the intimate cellar of The Magnet Bar, in the pulsating heart of Hardman Street, the Liverpool Comedy Cellar features the cream of the International Comedy Circuit "up close and personal" every weekend and when the laughs stop the Magnet takes over with music to enjoy into the small hours. My mother and I took Afternoon tea via Groupon at The Bentley and we were in for a very good treat. The cakes and sandwiches were lovely along with the Prosecco. Thanking the very friendly and professional Jill and her team. Jill made us feel so welcome! Gorgeous venue too with beautiful sights if the river.

Fantastic evening out. Particularly enjoyed Adam Rowe and the compère. Reasonable drinks prices, comfortable seating. Even the free Wednesday gigs are well worth the time!
