The Cayman Islands are made up of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The largest, Grand Cayman has a cosmopolitan vibe, gourmet restaurants, world-class diving and the famous Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Brac is a nature lover's heaven of stunning diving and breathtaking walks along the rocky bluff. The smallest island, Little Cayman is home to just 150 people. Visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and diving, especially Bloody Bay Wall, considered one of the world's best wall dives.

Claire is a lovely, attentive and calming instructor. I took two classes during my time on Little Cayman, Claire took time to understand my purpose in practicing & I came away remembering how important it is to be still. Claire focused on breathing, encouragement and mindset throughout. Highly recommend experiencing sunrise yoga, you won’t forget it. Thanks again Claire

Cayman Yoga Club is a space for serenity of body and mind through breath, movement, conscious living, and community. Located on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, our studio is easily accessible to all, visiting and living, on island. At CYC, you can find mostly all-levels power yoga classes with some slow flow, vin yin, and restorative classes sprinkled in between.
Cayman Yoga Club is a fabulous place to practice yoga for beginners or advanced yogis ! Being advanced myself, I have found many of the power classes (hally, Imani, kiersten, claudia, mark, janine) very challenging! There is great music and they give you cold lavender eye towels at savasana. I love the openness as I never feel crowded. All the instructors are extremely qualified to help you learn and master challenging poses. It's great because there is a shower so I can go at lunch and shower and pop back to work. CYC has helped me really get healthy and mentally relaxed. Love the atmosphere and everything about it.

The Yogi Wall is Cayman Brac's one and only yoga venue. This stunning outdoor location brings the sounds of the sea into your practice. We offer daily classes for locals and visitors. View our website for an updated schedule.
The yogi wall on Cayman Brac is one of the best places I’ve attended to experience yoga classes and training. From the early morning sunrise yoga sessions to special yoga classes under the full moon and stars. There’s no better place to connect with nature, your breath and body! Highly recommend for a fully connected yoga experience with wonderful, warm, knowledgable instructors. I’ve learnt so much about the yoga while I’ve spent time here. Thank you so much yogi wall!
