The Cayman Islands are made up of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The largest, Grand Cayman has a cosmopolitan vibe, gourmet restaurants, world-class diving and the famous Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Brac is a nature lover's heaven of stunning diving and breathtaking walks along the rocky bluff. The smallest island, Little Cayman is home to just 150 people. Visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and diving, especially Bloody Bay Wall, considered one of the world's best wall dives.

Sky Blue Aquatics is a mobile Swim School based in Grand Cayman offering private, semi-private, and small group swim lessons at the convenience of your own home. Our program focuses on safety, fitness and fun for all of our swimmers. We teach all ages and abilities and provide a comprehensive curriculum with the most experienced and talented instructors on island.
When we contacted Sky Blue for information on how to get started with lessons they were immediately helpful and made setting up the schedule and costs/payments super easy. Our instructor is Ms Tayo who our family have loved from day 1 and who is always on time, interactive with the kids and who have helped to keep us and our toddler confident about swimming! We started when our daughter was less than 1 year old and the experience has been great for her group time with other kids and learning new techniques as she develops her swimming skills. We highly recommend the service (and Ms Tayo!).
I am a devoted practitioner of the traditional Ashtanga method, practicing 6 days a week. Through my passion for the practice I became a certified Yoga Alliance teacher in Mysore, India in the practice of Ashtanga.I then began my teaching career in Monte Carlo, Monaco. I've continued my yoga studies under some great teachers such as Manju Pattabhi Jois, Ramesh Sheety and David Swenson. The foundation of my practice is to integrate the body with breath, movement and meditative awareness.
