Home to fruit bats, herons, wild green parrots and an abundance of tropical foliage, the 12-mile-long island of Cayman Brac boasts more than 170 caves and 1400 inhabitants. Named for the imposing limestone bluff, or Brac in Scottish Gaelic, that looms 140 feet above the sea, the middle Cayman offers spectacular diving at Wilderness Wall and Peter's Cave. Emerald green parrots flock at National Trust Parrot Reserve. To discover some of the island's secrets, take a taxi, hop on a bike or trot on foot.

The ladies at The Beach Spa were able to accommodate me at the last minute after a week of rock climbing. Ari worked on my back, shoulder, arms, and hands to relieve my aching, tired muscles. It's amazing that Ari and Kelly can come to you, but you can also book at the Cayman Brac Beach Resort in case your rental is lacking AC. I loved that convenience. Massages and spa treatments with The Beach Spa are a must for your Cayman Brac vacation!

A 330-foot Russian frigate that was sunk in September 1996.
Great site, snorkeled out to it from our place on the shore. Water was clear and details of ship were very clear.

Named for the Elkhorn coral that inhabits it.
Given a choice for our second dive on the south side, I’ll select this site every time. Rich variety of sea life and the Elkhorn coral is stunning.
