This is a fairly rigorous trail which rewards with great views of the house that once belonged to Bob Hope. Very convenient location of trailhead

Cool park to check out, new park with new skate park, baseball field and much more. The family and friends would like to spend a day of outdoor activities
The Ocotillo Park has trees in February. There are shelters and benches and eat. People can play football, as well basketball. There is a playground for the little ones. Worthwhile to see!

We drove by this park when we arrived in Palm Desert a few days ago and were incredibly impressed with the huge number of flags that enveloped the area; aptly named 'Patriot Park'. At night the flags are lit up by many, many lights. This year the park was open from Nov 10 - 17 2018, but if you go on another date, you may find the glass still there.
