This church in a small square is simply stunning to look at. It’s also got the tomb of one of the anti-Mafia judges who was assassination by the mob, which is very interesting and also moving.

Museo Archeologico Regionale "Antonino Salinas"

Felt like home. Don't misunderstand it; the early antiquity years of Sicily, weren't Roman but Greek (and a bit of Phoenician). This place pulses of splendour. It's one of the finest Greek Antiquity museums I ever saw, and sends you back 2,500 years, when the Greeks were the naval megaforce of Mediterranean Sea, spreading their colonies from Spain to the Black Sea. Some of the most magnificent items from classical greek ages of Magna Grecia, in a very beautiful building. A real history jewel!

Teatro Biondo Stabile di Palermo

Teatro Biondo represents the ultimate expression of architecture in nineteenth-century Theater in Palermo, concluding a formidable urban sprawl that had had its most significant stages in the implementation of the Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama. Between late '800 and early '900, in fact, the city lived a particular moment of glory thanks to an enlightened entrepreneurial bourgeoisie, led by the Florio family, and a class of intellectuals
