Framed by the spectacular backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, this track has been consistently rated third of the "Best Courses in the State" and annually rated one of the top courses in the West.
Myself and a buddy played golf here while a a boys trip to Tahoe. The course was in great shape, challenging and the people were great. The hotdogs were awesome! We will be back. Cheers!

Positioned at 4,500 feet above sea level, this 18-hole championship course was carved out of the eastern Sierras and overlooks the Carson Valley below.
Bring your best swing and stay high on this course. If you want to enjoy scenery while playing a challenging course, this is your spot. The trick is to acknowledge the fact that the mountain beside you plays a big roll on many holes. The food choices have improved greatly and everyone can find something on this menu to enjoy. The customer service is top notch - something that is surprising missing at so many places. Tee it up and have fun.

We are a horse boarding facility that offers custom trail rides in the mountains and around our ranch. Rides are $40/person/hour and start at age 4. We do have pony rides for younger riders which are $10 for 20 minutes.
made reservations for my two 4 year old grand daughters for the 1-hour lesson. It was there first time ever for them to be on a orse. They both loved it! Decca was a wonderful, patient instructor. She put them on a couple of really calm and slow walking horses, Chip and Mija. Becca spent a great deal of time and effort with the girls getting acquainted with their horses, including putting on saddles, before having them mount. From there she led them to a corralled riding area where eventually each grand daughter was able to control, a bit, the horse on her own. The surrounding area is wonderful with the mountains. Great place great experience!

Since 1965 this golf course has been the home of fun, friendly golf. Voted the local's favorite for many years this golf course is a great challenge for golfers of all abilities, don't let the yardage decieve you ! The tall cottonwoods and the Carson River give this course a unique character unlike anywhere else in Northern Nevada. FootGolf, that perfect combination of golf and soccer on a golf course, is also available, after 2pm, 7 days.
