A small beach island known for its snorkeling.
My wife and I had the opportunity to visit this island with the sailing trip we were on. It looks like something out of a movie set with the white sandy beaches and palm trees lined along the length of the island. The snorkeling was wonderful. While we drifted beyond the northern tip of the island toward the beach, we saw many varieties of fish (with some in large schools) along with stingrays, a spotted eel, many varieties of coral, and many different plants. We spent the rest of the morning relaxing in the clear water and on the beach. The area is not very large so relaxing and snorkeling are about the only options you have. This is a national park so you are not allowed to take anything from the premises.

A real great piece of beach, great for a snorkel and if you are hungry after there is an awesome little bar with delicious restaurant worthy BBQ food, amazing drinks and the greatest hospitality! We were on our hike to Anse La Roche Bay as our first stop for a snorkel. And it didn't disappoint when we saw a big variety of fish and sea life. We met up with some puppy's and a mothers dog who are living of the tourists, SO BRING FRESH WATER AND FOOD. And you can always buy some food by the bar that is happy to sell you some doggy treats, because the puppy's will melt your heart. We had an amazing time over there and went back on our hike to the highest peak on the island that is worth your visit! The trail to the highest peak is just back the way you came till you will reach a sign that will bring you up, follow the turtle signs and you are there. What an experience!

White sandy beach what more can you ask for? Never crowded and Sandy Island is a 5 minutes boat ride from Paradise beach. Food and drinks are available right there on the beach from local restaurants.

Easy to get to on the bus to Windward this is THE most gorgeous beach. Great view of the islands of St Vincent, there is even a bird tower showing which island is which. Plenty of shade but absolutely no people.

The primary location on Carriacou for anchoring yachts also serves as a popular beach.
Friendly locals, lots of bars offering happy hours and special. Very popular with cruisers, good provisioning, and dinghy docks around the bay
