Seven days of exploring the coast of Ghana is a good amount of time to get a feel for some of the great places to visit, and definitely enough time to soak up some quality rays on the sandy shores. This trip will take you to Elmina and the Cape Coast area for some of the popular travel destinations there like the castles and the shrines, and then onto the beautiful empty beaches of the Western region. When not enjoying the beautiful beaches and water, you will take some day trips to the wonderful natural attraction sites of the region like Nzulezu stilt village and Ankasa reserve.

I so enjoyed the full day with Stellar tours. He knew so much about Ghana history. We went to the bead market, checked out the three palm trees, walked 250 steps down to see the twim boti waterfalls (which we had to walk back up...????I have to get back in the gym????) sat under the umbrella stone for a spell while sipping on some refreshing palm wine (I could have taken a nap). Great experience and I would definitely recommend Stellar tours????

I traveled to Ghana during July & August on a 14 day trip with the Global Africans group for Ghana's "Year of Return" and Emancipation Day activities. Hausa Tours and Fuseini coordinated our on the ground experience. The trip was well planned and we'll coordinated. The Hausa staff were friendly & resourceful. They were hand on and put forth tremendous efforts to make sure that our group had a meaningful travel experience. I was a first time visitor to the country and the trip provided a good learning experience. I believe that the tour gave me a very good overview of the lives of the people and their culture over the brief time we were in the Country. I highly recommend Hausa Tours and the wonderful staff.

Eyali Tours

In August 2019, exactly 400 years after the arrival of the first recorded landing of a slave ship in Virginia, which saw the acceleration of the horrendous Middle Passage, hundreds of descendants of former enslaved Africans will make a triumphant return to the land of our ancestry. The trip will take us to Ghana: the land of Kwame Nkrumah-the father of Ghana’s independence and a co-founder of the Organization of African Unity; the country where the great pan-Africanist Dr W. E. B. DuBois spent his final years; the land where Ashanti Kings still hold court and mediate disputes in time-honoured traditions passed down through generations; the land that has preserved more slave dungeons used in the transatlantic slave trade than any other country on the continent. Ghana was the first sub-Saharan African country to gain its independence from Europeans and is today a thriving democracy, yet its traditions, customs and culture are almost undiluted.
