Quaint alpine villages and great skiing entice travelers to the Grisons. The sparsely populated region of eastern Switzerland contains the source of the Rhine and Inn rivers, 140 square miles of glaciers and dense pine forests. Join the ski action at the resorts of St. Moritz, Davos and Arosa or stake a lofty claim with a visit to Juf, which boasts the highest altitude of any inhabited village in the Alps. The Guinness Book of World Records 2007 titled the bar - the smallest permanent licensed bar in the world 8.53m2. More than 300 Whiskies from all over the world are available to drink. The own Whiskyline is also in the bar and in the internet shop on hand. A Whisky Museum offers tastings in a special location. Bookings are required for the Museum.
Having spotted this place on the bus to Müstair, my wife and I decided to walk there for a visit. It did not disappoint! Although the museum and bar were closed due to COVID, we were given a splendid tour and explanation of the distilling facilities by Gunter Sommer. He gave generously of his time, and answered all our questions. He has some great stories to tell. The quality and popularity of his whiskies speak for themselves: there was very little left to buy! We were able to enjoy a guided tasting with Gunter before our departure. A thoroughly memorable experience. We hope to return one day!

It is an absolute must visit in St. Moritz! super friendly place with an unforgettable atmosphere like at the big Italian party with loud Italian music and candle lights. It feels like you know everyone at the end of the evening and the food prepared for you by an Italian Mama is amazing. it’s a wine bar, so you will be impressed by the list of excellent wines. We tried Bresaola carpaccio for starters, Homemade pasta with black truffle and the deer with polenta for main dish and everything was absolutely delicious. The tiramisu della Mama was perfectly flavored and melting in my mouth. Also very friendly staff. So I would highly recommend to try this place out. I really enjoyed the evening very much!

The Sunny Bar has become something of a legend over the last few decades as the oldest sports bar in the Alps and as the traditional meeting point of the cresta riders in winter. But its reputation also owes something to the "Round Midnight Concerts" held here every weekend when jazz musicians from around the world give concerts and improvisation sessions in this exclusive setting. The concerts are free for visitors as well as hotel guests.
