I came to Venice alone on a solo trip and and had planned to take a day trip to the town of Asolo, about 2.5 hous outside of Venice by train/bus. The night before at the last minute, I decided I wanted help getting to the train station in the morning instead of navigating myself. Thankfully it wasn't too late and I was able to book with Giora. She asked my final destination, what time I hoped to arrive, and planned to meet me at the public square closest to my hotel in the morning. The next morning, after being greeted with enthusiasm, our journey began! Our walk to the train station was made special by Giora pointing out landmarks and architecture, and sharing rich Venetian history along the way. When we arrived at the train station she took it upon herself to help me map my route to Asolo, conversing with the station agent and figuring out when and where I needed to transfer trains, which I REALLY appreciated! She walked me over to the train and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND by speaking to the conductor as I boarded, letting him know what stop I needed to get off at and asking him to be sure I didn't miss it. She was so willing to help and did it all with great care; I cannot emphasize enough how excellent her service was and the huge difference it made in my trip! She also recommended an amazing cafe and bakery with the most delicious cappuccino ever hat I was able to pass along to a another friend for when she visited Venice :) Overall I am SO GLAD I booked with Taxi Ncc! I have no doubt that whenever I'm back in Venice I'll use this service, and recommend it to any family and friends who visit!

Undertook a great deal of research before leaving the UK to book our boat airport transfers from Marco Polo airport to Saint Angelo docking station on the Grand Canal. Saved a few euros by prebooking on line at only 50 euros return for 2 people with a suitcase. So easy to use and clearly signposted at the airport - very comfortable trip however those with poor mobility may struggle as you need to climb down some steep steps into the boat. Only criticism is that the boat windows are high up meaning you can’t see out at the lovely view. Took about an hour because you stop off at every station in the same way a public bus would. Fabulous way to leave and return to the airport!
