It wasn't as good trip as I expected first they told us that horses died few months ago so they will provide us cycles and it was quite hard to ride cycle on hilly area it will be better for person who already have cycling practice on hilly areas.

Amazing tours. Everyone was so helpful and nice and made all the necessary accommodations even with all the Covid restrictions the tour was a success and will definitely do it again. As a solo female traveler I was really nervous but since leaving Istanbul to Cappadocia and back everything was smooth, the tours were exceptional and I felt safe the whole time. Booked through Goodman tours weeks before our scheduled Balloon flight via Viator. Received confirmation, got tickets. Night before our flight we get an email, not from Goodman tours but from Viator advising that Balloon flight has been cancelled due to “overbooking”. Rang Goodman tours, they say cancelled because of bad weather but there were heaps of other balloon flights the next morning. Very disappointed as we went to Cappadocia specifically for the Balloon ride. Could of let us know earlier in the day so we could book another flight. Goodman tours offered a complimentary activity, but if never eventuated. Will not use them again.
