It was such an amazing night. We were so lucky to have a private tour by Jacob. He was amazingly knowledgeable, understanding and funny. I would recommend anyone who loves to watch the stars, walk in nature and get lost in the moment where you can forget your daily challenges. It was one of the most beautiful and breathtaking experiences we have ever experienced.

A trip to Montreal isn't complete until you've tried one of these amazing bagels. So why not try your hand at making them yourself? We will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way. We will start by learning how to properly mix and knead the dough. I had to travel from Vancouver to Kelowna to receive some specialized cancer treatment and my wife accompanied me. Kelowna Concierge picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the Hyatt Place. Next morning, the limo picked me up at the hotel to go to the Cancer Centre. In the afternoon, the limo picked up my wife at the hotel and together they picked me up at the Cancer Centre. Next day, they picked us up at the hotel to go to the airport. Each time, the drivers were courteous and professional. They were always on time. The limos were clean and the drivers practiced strict safety protocols. This is especially important to me during Covid-19 and right after my cancer treatment. I highly recommend Kelowna Concierge and will use them again during my next trip to Kelowna.

What an amazing day. John our guide took two ladies and our 13 year old daughters through the cave. He was patient with the girls as they talked his ear off. He was amazing at helping us through the cave. I was paralyzed 10 years ago, and have some weakness in my hips, and he helped and guided me through the cave, not once making me feel inadequate. The cave push us through some fears and was challenging, but worth it. An amazing experience.

This was a fantastic way to see some of downtown Victoria from someone who lives and loves what he does - Andy lives right down by the harbour/Chinatown and knew so much about the area. Stops were each unique and places we’d seen on our previous strolls but hadn’t considered going in! COVID protocols followed and while not necessarily good for business, the smaller group made for a very personal experience - 5/5!

Water cascades into this narrow canyon in the heat of summer, but in the winter the thundering falls freeze solid to create natural ice sculptures. Johnston Canyon is one of the most popular attractions in Banff National Park and has a network of steel catwalks built into the canyon walls that allows you to walk right along this cathedral of ice with airy views into the gorge below. As you do, you’ll get to wander through a natural cave to gaze down at the flowering waters of the lower falls. Continue onto the awe-inducing upper falls - a glittering tower of ice that rise 30 metres above your head. These gigantic pillars of ice are the tour highlight and ice climbers can often be seen scaling the frozen columns. This popular guided icewalk will lead you past the lower falls and on to view the breathtaking upper icefalls from the upper deck. You will also travel through prime wildlife habitat to reach the falls and learn the clues to how Johnston Canyon was formed.

Inclusions: Professional guide, Ice cleats, Hiking pole, Maple cookie snack, hot chocolate, Small group size (up to 12 guests per guide)

Exclusions: Optional gratuities

We went as a group on the morning icewalk. Neil our guide was punctual in collecting us at the pick up point and was very informative throughout the drive and tour. It was a beautiful walk and our two families really enjoyed the sites. I do think however for the price that was charged it was way overpriced for what we received. I think this company is simply capitalizing on the fact that during COVID the canyon is closed to the public unless you go in with a guide. Kind of sad. Also, although our guide was polite and informative he came across as very COVID fearful so I’m not sure why he was electing to work as a guide. If you seriously think you are going to catch COVID outside while hiking in a canyon stay home and let your colleagues who are confortable being with tourists do the tours.
