It was great fun. Our guide was very informative and careful. The stop at the pastry shop was wonderful. His suggestions were great. We totally recommend this. After he recommended a restaurant to get a margherita pizza...the best!

Used this service on three different visits for excursions and transfers to and from airports, train stations and cruise port. They escorted our whole family to Positano and Pompeii from Rome, and parents to perched villages and country lakes. We’ve recommended to our travel agent and close friends. Last visit we did Appian Way south of Rome, Church of Quo Vadis, and several lesser visited sites.

we were traveling to Italy and I needed an electric scooter due to hip issues. I was put in touch with Freeedom Scooters through the Concierge at my hotel in Sorrento. They agreed to rent me a scooter for the entire stay in Italy, and even agreed for me to take it to Florence so I could use it on all of our tour group's day trips. They sent shipping material to my hotel in Florence so we could package it up for shipping back to Sorrento. What service! The scooter performed flawlessly! Thank you Freedom Scooters!

Because we had to catch a plane we could only do an one hour tour at the National Archiological museum in Naples. Michele Arpa was an exellent guide: he gave us a perfect overview of all the essential historical items in the museum. To do this in one hour you need to have great historical knowledge. Nico was out tour guide. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was not like previous tour guides that I have had experience with in such that he did not push us towards any particular restaurant or stores. Rather, he gave us general advice and told us which places were not recommended and why. We felt that he had our best interests at heart and not looking for kickbacks like other tour guides.

I found Chic & Fabulous on Tripadvisor and decided to book after comparing prices and reading review of other companies. As part of our honeymoon, we spent 5 days on the Amalfi coast between Ravello and Positano. Initially I scheduled our trip with Chic & Fabulous to be when we were in Ravello (leaving from Amalfi). I was a little concerned about the weather as there was rain in the forecast, so I asked about rescheduling. While it probably would have been fine (it was overcast in the morning but cleared up), Maria was more than happy to work with me to reschedule. Because we rescheduled, we had to change our route and leave from Positano instead. The sea police in Positano were checking every boat the morning of our trip and our boat was delayed by an hour or so getting to us. Maria and team were in constant communication with us and very clear about the delay, and very apologetic. In order to make up for the delay, she upgraded our boat which was a welcomed surprise. Despite getting a later start, the duration of our day was perfect. We did the Amalfi route and stopped at several points to see landmarks and stop for a swim, as well as lunch. We stayed at Le Agavi and our last swim stop happened to be right by our hotel, which has a dock. Marco let us know the dock was too small for the boat to drop us off, but happily arranged for the hotel's water taxi to come pick us up instead so that we didn't have to go back to Positano (in the opposite direction). Overall, the day we had was our favorite of our trip and was well worth the price. Highly recommend booking through Chic & Fabulous!

Excellent all-round service from Antoninio and his family. The bikes were delivered and collected at the correct time, with all the information needed. Antoninio was very flexible with days I wished to use the bikes, which I appreciated. The bikes worked very well. Battery lasted longer than anticipated. Lock, helmet and lights included. I would highly recommend these bikes and the family business. I will certainly use them again, should I return. You will see some pictures high in the hills. These bikes are perfect for exploring the surrounding landscape. The bikes are fantastic and have 5 different assist settings, which give you more peddle with each push. With a middle ground assist of 3 on the bike you can travel long distances with medium effort (except the hills!). You can use an assist of 5 for steeper inclines.
