We recently visited the Haddenham Galleries to attend a glass fusion workshop. The workshop was really good fun, and we visited their tea room afterwards and had a cup of tea and a slice of cake. The staff in the gallery & tea room are very friendly and welcoming.

What a gem Houghton Mill is magical you can look round this working flour mill and the history is really great there is a shop to purchase goods and milled flour. Also the lovely tearoom sells fabulous homemade scones using the milled flour and they are delicious as are the homemade cakes and pastries. There is beautiful walks around the mill area which are displayed and easy to follow a great picnic area and car park

A distinctive collection of 20th century art and a gallery exhibiting contemporary and modern art arranged in this modest private house - now part of the uni. Wonderful.

The hanywork of Tony Hillier who has sadly died. The sculptures were created to enrich people lives by being Characterfull and amusing. Children enjoyed sitting ton the sculptures and drawing on them with crayons provided by the family Amazing skill and humour went in to each piece and the pieces which have been moved to school and other community facilities will be sorely missed

Visited the gallery to see the display of watercolours by local artists and was impressed by the variety and quality - met a local artist and was made very welcome by the gallery staff. Small well curated shop and drinks available, Accidentally bought a painting which I am delighted with! Well worth a visit on a walk around the lovely Ely. I'll be back.
ART GALLERY Each month a different artist will exhibit their work at this light open space. The gallery provides a show case for local artists and is located in the De Freville part of Cambridge opposite a thriving cafe. The name of the gallery comes from the floatation therapy tanks which are situated behind the gallery providing a relaxed and calming experience.
