There was a very helpful ranger at the ranch willing to answer questions. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful unlike the hustle and bustle of the city. It was relaxing. We turned off the PCH to get to the ranch and the ride was hilly, my husband was holding on to the car handle.

Visit the burial sites of celebrity pets.
A quiet tranquil place. We were the only "humans" there when we visited. Fascinating the many ways people honor their deceased beloved pets. Highly recommended, especially for animal lovers.

Beautiful temple nestled in the Santa Monica mountains near the King Gillette Ranch Visitor's Center. Free parking. Take off your shoes, place them on the rack and explore the temple. Both a quick pit stop and enjoyable experience.
