For more than 180 years now, the expertise of the Medeville family has been passed down from generation to generation. Over time, the family has acquired land and vines around Château Fayau in Cadillac. Jean and Marc Medeville, who are at the head of the vineyard today, keep on modernizing the estate with the same passion and proficiency. Château Fayau remains at the heart of the property which now takes up almost 180 hectares of vines, spread out along both banks of the Garonne. Careful about the impact of their activity on the environment, Jean and Marc committed themselves in a certification's process: HVE (High Environmental Value), third level (the highest stage). Our wines from the 11 Châteaux are produced and matured at Château Fayau where all steps of the wine-making process are carefully monitored. We would be glad to welcome you at Château Fayau so you can discover our vineyard and taste our large range of wines produced in different appellations.
