I really enjoyed visiting here - it was truly fascinating to see how the body works, it was interesting to have different elements of the body systems on different floors. Some very interesting exhibitions and interactive pieces to engage in. The staff were helpful, and it was very clean throughout. Really glad that I took time to visit here on my holiday to Amsterdam, a very interesting day trip.

If you want to brag! * 10 years or younger? We wouldn’t do it, but that’s just an advise * Don’t tell anyone, but you can leave if you can’t take it anymore

Amsterdam Dungeon was an amazing experience for me because it was very thrilling due to the way the characters who were speaking to use were dressed and the way they spoke. The timing of everything was really perfect and it scared me a lot there were many of jump scares. The acting was absolutely amazing as well! The Dutch have some dark history and the Amsterdam Dungeon has definitely captured it. This is a must visit attraction if you are in Amsterdam!

Royal Delft Experience

Reviewed By JamesLumley2013 - London, United Kingdom

A really well put together museum. History of the famous royal delft blue pottery. Brilliant opening video and further audio visuals at he start of the self guided audio tour. A full explanation of the history of the company and how it has changed through the centuries. Many very high quality pottery items on display, some on loan from the royal family. A short tour of the working factory was fantastic, especially seeing the craftsman at work painting the items. A large proportion of heir collection is still hand painted. Don’t forget to visit the shop with items for all wallet sizes. The cafe sells tea, coffee, snacks and light lunches in/on delicate delft pottery.

Sexmuseum Amsterdam Venustempel

Reviewed By nickieohara - Blackburn, United Kingdom

For 5€ it's well worth a visit. It is the world's first and oldest sex museum and is packed literally to the rafters (the museum covers four floors) with the most extensive collection of erotic displays, artifacts, paintings, photographs and more. It's not often you find yourself leaning in for a closer look at a model of a couple "fornicating" because the information card provides an unusual fact about that particular piece, only to actually laugh out loud at the next showcase and then move to another room to find interactive displays of flashers and prostitutes at work alongside vases made from models of penises and so much more. I bloody loved this museum and could have spent loads more time in there!
