Our Lahaska tasting room is located right next to Dairy Queen on Rt202 and adjacent to Pedders Village. With over 30 different wines to taste and inside and outside seating to accommodate. Tastings are just $1 each. Wine is available by the sample, glass and bottle. Cardinal Winery makes wines that no one else is making like: Jalapeno, Whiskey Mead, Hazelnut Port and many more.

20 amazing wines on the menu, something for every palette! The staff are always so accommodating and even if the lines may get long on a beautiful day, it is worth any wait! It is so nice to relax and enjoy good company inside or out in the vineyard fields! Upgrades are constantly being made to the property to keep up with the fast growth and popularity of the open space. They are renovating the huge bank barn to be the new tasting area! Can’t wait!!! ???? Tastings are currently 6/$6 and they also have wine flights as well as bottle & glass sales. My husband loves to tag along since they serve local beer as well! Amazing food trucks rotate Friday, Saturday, and Sunday along with live acoustic music! You may even bring your own food, chairs, pop up tents, and yard games to park & enjoy with still room to “social distance”. If you haven’t stopped here yet, it’s a must!

Located in Buckingham, winery offers $5 tastings for 8 wines. You pour yourself-first time I see that, and it’s pretty cool. All the wines we tried were great, from fruits to semi sweet to the Riesling. Also have sparkling wines. They had cheese and crackers out which was nice. You can go down to the cellar and check out the area, not too much to see but overall nice place to visit. Tables outside for picnic, bring your own food.

The Pour House at the New Hope Winery offers weekly rotating soups, sandwiches, share plates, and entrees. We also offer a wide variety of wines by the glass, draft beer, and beautifully crafted seasonal cocktails. The Pour House at the New Hope Winery, has expanded our previous tasting room and barn to offer a full restaurant experience for any occasion!
I was heading down to New Hope winery to see the great Raul Malo. We wanted to eat at the Pour House but were hesitant to do so because of some negative reviews we had read here. Fortunately, we took a chance and had dinner there before the show. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the place was. We were waited on immediately by a friendly new server, Julia. I ordered a bottle of their sauvignon blanc and it was very good; however, I like my wine a bit more chilled. This slight problem was attended to by Julie, who made it her mission to provide me with a cooler and fresh ice every ten minutes or so. I had the chicken salad and it was one of the best I have ever had and my husband was also pleased with his chicken tacos. The servings were plentiful, the food good and the service beyond compare. I can highly recommend this establishment and hope that those who gave it a bad review would consider it again. Although, it was a busy concert night we were served and completed our meals well before the show started. High praise for the Pour House; you will have a pleasant time!

Unquestionably my favorite winery in the area. The wine maker/owner only uses grapes grown on site. No added sugar is used in any of the wines, and the reds are particularly outstanding. The tastings are only $5 for samples of nine wines. Although usually only open Saturday and Sunday, we were driving by on New Year’s Eve (a Tuesday) afternoon and spotted cars in the parking lot. The tasting room was open and in addition to the complimentary cheese, crackers and (homemade) sausage that are usually available for pairings, the owner brought out freshly made steak tartare with all the trimmings that was out of this world! This place is really a hidden gem.
