Thank you so much to Chef John and his trusty assistant Bhav for an absolutely amazing experience. Never done anything like this before but would definitely go again. We did a Tapas cookery class, we cooked 4 dishes which tasted fantastic, plus a chicken and vegetable risotto and to top it off, we watched Chef John cook churros we we devoured with lots and lots of chocolate sauce, yummm!

We booked a four hour den and camp fire building adventure for my son and his 4 friends (7 year olds). David ran a fantastic session, everything was pre planned and carefully thought out and the kids, and adults, had an amazing time. The current COVID restrictions had also been considered, all in all a really good experience and we will certainly be joining David again in the future. I would highly recommend joining David for some bushcraft activities.

Me and my partner found this lovely glass shop in the village where a lovely lady and her lovely dog lily were waiting to welcome customers with a positive vibe and catching smile. She made us feel at home and had long conversations. Our needs were satisfied with what we wanted and she even went the extra mile with my special design for my partner. She always makes you feel at home and can have decent conversations. This shop is a small gemstone in a little village where you can find gifts for all your needs even with workshops that are being held to get people to experience how it to work with glass. This is definitely a place to pop into if you find your self to be in the village. A big 10 for service and hospitality from our side and thanks again for the hard work and effort.

Mistrychef

Indian Cookery classes for children adults and children from age 10. A home based cookery school based in Aylesbury, Bucks. Learn how to make simple, delicious, fresh Indian food. My ethos is to encourage young & old to cook from scratch and to veer away from processed foods. There is a worrying surge in diet related diseases, society is opting for 'convenience' at the cost of their health. Cooking from scratch is a diminishing skill. It is the ONLY way to have complete control of sugars, fats and salts you consume. My clients leave with the confidence to go away and recreate dishes, therefore reducing the need for processed foods/takeaways. Simplicity is key. These are private cooking classes, the session is exclusively yours or with a plus one. Everything in moderation I say, however, prevention is better than cure.

Nita is a lovely host. She texted ahead and asked what my favourite ingredients might be and made sure there were plenty available for me to add to my dishes. The evening is informative and the food we took away was absolutely delicious. Nita makes sure you get the right level of spice for your own taste, so don’t be put off by assuming everything is going to be super spicy Indian cooking. Our evening over-ran by about an hour because we were having so much fun and chatting away. Also, arrange to have some hungry dinner guests waiting for you to get home because you will be taking away a lot of yummy food! Not only will you learn some great Indian cooking skills and some of the great health benefits of some of many of the ingredients, but you will leave feeling like you’ve made a friend for life in Nita. I’ll definitely be going back and it’s on my gift list for many friends and family.

I was bought a place at Sarahs macrame plant hanger workshop for Christmas and I loved it. Numbers are kept low for the workshop so you get Sarahs full attention and knowledge. The workshop was so relaxed and hosted in gorgeous location. It's such a nice way to switch off and come away with some new skills and something you have made for your home. I'd really recommend it!

It was always a life-long dream to get my PPL. A lot of thought, care and consideration went into deciding where I spend my time and money at my chosen flying school. I am equidistant with three airfields from home, so with that in mind I visited all three to get the feel of the club house, its staff and look at the fleet. TPC was by far the most accommodating. Raval, the Chief Flying Instructor introduced me to the instructors, ops and gave a me a tour of the large fleet of aircraft. I have to say the standard of aircraft from its newly upgraded avionics to the new paint jobs clearly indicates the standards they wish to attain at the club. To summarise: I couldn't of wished for a better experience even though you are paying good money to be stressed! Eva, Raval, Max, Celine, Jeremy, Mark, Yasser, Peter - you guys make this place
