The Burg Square near the Markt place is one of the most beautifull places from Bruges.
You can take a lot of photo's from the City Hall, the Church of the Holy blood, the lovely other buildings on this square, the horse drawn carriages, etc. You can set on terras or in tearoom and look to the many visiting people. A must see if you visit the old town of Bruges.

Nice and peaceful small lake. Lots of swans creating a very picturesque setting. The canal tours also pass up very close too. Great for a walk around and peaceful.

We took a tour of this brewery. It was very interesting and they offered a beer at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing near the bar on the sofa and enjoying our drink. It was a nice activity to escape the crowds in Bruges.

The Begijnhof is a great place to stroll or sit and relax or read. It is very quiet and a beautiful place to reflect. On the bridge just before the entrance there are usually dozens of swans swimming about which adds to the charm.
