This is a great place for little kids, I would say ideal for 1 1/2 - 6 years old, you need to know your child. Very clean park on recent Saturday visit. Rides were well maintained with excellent paint jobs (This is definitely an improvement over several years ago). Several others had commented that Kiddie Park is in a 'horrible' area, this is totally untrue. It is bordered by an industrial area, a Metropark, and on the border of Brooklyn-a middle income neighborhood. It is over a half mile from what might be considered a 'so-so' area, but nothing like you would experience in the poor areas of Cleveland. Even on a busy day we didn't have to wait more than a couple of ride rotations for our turn. I would recommend an adult ride the roller coaster with anyone under 4 as there is a bit of jerking and lurching and you will want to cushion their head from hitting the back of the seat or handle bar. A little pricey, but where else other than a mega park can you get this experience near Cleveland.

This park is great for kids with the newly remodeled play area....great climbing, running and sliding! Fields for soccer and baseball with beautiful views of Lake Erie! Be sure to enjoy the walk by the lake with a great view of downtown Cleveland!

Hop on a bicycle, lace up your running shoes or take your time strolling through any part of this scenic 60-mile long string of parks and garden areas.
There are multiple reservations/nature centers that make up the 'Emerald Necklace'. Each one is in a unique setting. It is truly a gem of Ohio- other states aren't as fortunate to have anything like this. If you have free time, I really recommend getting involved with one of their volunteer programs- great for high school students and adults of all ages.

Lou has accomplished a lot in this museum. His dedication to salvaging what Bishop Lennon attempted to destroy is truly remarkable. If you want to view some of the finest religious artifacts ever assembled, don't miss The Museum of Divine Statutes. The statues have been assembled from shuttered Catholic Churches in the Cleveland diocese and lovingly and painstakingly restored by Lou, a professional makeup artist and manufacturer of ladies makeup. Visiting this museum will be time well spent.

Get inside the game with the premier gaming center in Cleveland. This is an experience like no other! From vintage arcade games to virtual reality, we have something for everyone.
Our son went to a birthday party at VR Rage. When we arrived the staff asked us to sign a waiver which somehow I find annoying. Next, they put him in the VR gear and he looked like something out of a transformers movie. Soon...MoreThank you for coming! Hope to see you again soon.

Tour the submarine responsible for the sinking of nearly 30,000 tons of Japanese ships during WWII.
The submarine is available to view in its natural state. That means you climb a narrow ladder through a small tube to get on and off the ship. As expected, the interior of the sub is tight but maneuverable. It is amazing that they could fit a crew of almost 100 men on board. Ingenuity abounds in such restricted quarters, and you could see where submariners invented things and processes to improve life under the seas.

Cleveland Indians ballpark seats more than 43,000 people and features three levels of suites and a large-tiered stadium club.
Recently updated electronics throughout the facility. Food and beverage vendors finally amchored in appropiate positions. Great sightlines for viewing all the action on the field. More than adequate customer service. Good security. Ample parking (for an urban stadium).

Playhouse Square Center is the nation's largest performing arts complex outside of New York City. Located in the heart of Cleveland's Theater District, Playhouse Square serves as host to over 1.1 million guests annually and offers the best of Broadway, dance, concerts, family shows, comedians, plays and more.
The Playhouse theaters have been renovated over the past several years, and this renovation and restoration of the original design is amazing! I love the level of detail put into the original ceilings, lighting, wall finishes, artwork and murals... some of it still original from what they could restore. Amazing staff and leadership of this Playhouse Foundation as well, just really great team with a passion for the community and the arts. Look forward to coming back again later this year for a show!

Just had a nice nice here. We just opt for sushi because it was after 2 and the grill had just closed. Sushi was good. Atmosphere was fabulous. Market is very reasonable to shop and eat. Happy hour starts at 4.

Built in 1912, this thriving public market offers fresh produce, meat, dairy products and a delicious variety of prepared foods.
The West Side Market is a true gem. The architecture is impressive, the food booths are great, offering all kinds of things that you wouldn't find in a typical grocery. The experience is true old world urban. Bakery, fresh meats, produce, fish, and lots of other long time vendors offer a plethora of very tempting foods. Just walking around and taking in the atmosphere is worth the trip. If you can take the RTA Red line train to avoid parking hassles and to save money. Station is literally across the street.
