Brodhead is a city in Green and Rock counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 3,293 at the 2010 census. Of this, 3,203 were in Green County, and only 90 were in Rock County. In February 2000, the city annexed a portion of land from the Town of Spring Valley in Rock County.

If you find yourself in Southern Wisconsin and want an authentic experience of " The Dairy State" try a visit to the Decatur Dairy. It's off the beaten path, but worth the trip. They make cheese. Lots of cheese. And ice cream. While we were there a tanker truck dropped a load of milk and left.
They sell curd - cheese curd. If you've never tried it, you should. It is fantastic. And they make a ton of different flavors. And cheese. And ice cream. Silky smooth delicious ice cream. And although it is not really a restaurant if you love grilled cheese sandwiches, they will make you one of many varieties and they are drop dead wonderful.

I have been hunting at Blonhaven for over 25 years. I go there with my family and friends at least 6 times a year. The manager John Matthews is THE BEST! Need a guide and a dog, no problem, they are all experienced and friendly. I cannot say enough about this place. I have hunted at a number of clubs, but always go back to Blonhaven. Tell them Tigger sent you adn they will LOL!

We make a point of stopping here every time we pass through this area. The store (attached to a gas station and restaurant) has a surprising number of different local cheeses, and you really don't want to miss this place. A friend asked me recently where he would go to get local cheese, and this place immediately came to mind. It's one of the only places we know of that sells blue ribbon Emmenthaler Swiss cheese (off the wheel), made by Edelweiss Creamery. Bring a cooler or cooler bag, you'll want to browse and stock up, and get some fresh curds to eat right away! THIS IS RIGHT ON HWY 11 / 81 with nothing too much else around it. Don't drive past - stop for a pleasant surprise!

We are Sugar River Raceway and go karting is our business. We strive to provide our customers with a real racing experience. We are not an amusement park. We take our name from the Sugar River which borders the property on the north and east sides. We have been in continuous operation since 1959. We are located in very south central Wisconsin, an easy drive from Madison or Milwaukee, Rockford or even Chicago, IL for a day of go karting. We are an outdoor facility that operates April through November. We do two things; first, we host a season long point series for our customers who own their own karting equipment. We provide support for these karters with an onsite pro shop, kart service and tuning. Our second passion is our ‘Rent to Race’ program. We provide the track, high performance equipment, crew and rent to race programs. Company Outings, Bachelor Parties, Race events for Families or Friends, Open to the public race nights, Endurance Events, and open track days for practice, is a sampling of our ‘Rent to Race’ offerings. Our track is a 1/2 mile paved asphalt sprint course with 10 turns. Technically challenging with plenty of passing opportunities. We look forward to your visit. See you on the race course!

WE had a group of 9 and booked a private session. The carts are quality, well maintained, good performing carts. This isn't a Disney ride, it's a workout if you're trying to be competitive. The sessions were well run, after our 10 lap heats, another group was on the track while we rested and cooled off, then we'd be back out racing again. We will definitely be back for more.
