We were here last week and it was perfect! Well worth the four hour drive past Fort Nelson. The entry fee is $5 and it’s the best hot springs I’ve ever been to. This time of year it’s not packed. We ended up going there everyday after viewing wildlife.

Hot Springs Cove is about one and a half hours north of Tofino. It's located right in the heart of Clayoquot Sound.
We lucked into some great sunny, calm weather for December … and took the day-trip out of Tofino to Hot Springs Cove … we went with Ocean Outfitters who were very well-organized. It was a 6-hour trip … an unhurried 1.5 hours to get there … we did some wildlife viewing and saw sea otters close up and grey whales farther away … 0.5 hour walk on a boardwalk through the rainforest … to get to the Hot Springs … then 2 hours @ the Hot Sprigs before the return trip. One thing to keep in mind … the actual hot springs are NOT super big and there has been no man-made intervention to enlarge them … as a result ... our 2 boats which numbered 17 people were accommodated easily … I am not sure that would be the case in the Summer when … I am told … there can be hundreds of visitors in a day. A most enjoyable day …

This is a great spot for a city break! Bring the family, friends, partner, and you'll find something to do! The Lake has a shallow lagoon area for the kids to play. Harrison Watersports has a waterpark, bbq boat rentals, bumper boats, etc. Killers Cove Boat Rentals has kayaks, pedal boats, boats, etc. for rent. You can spend hours here on a sunny day. Bring a mat, sunscreen, hat, etc. There is very little shade. Parking is $9 for a maximum of 3 hours. Signs are posted for social distancing and beach rules (no tents, specific bbq guidelines). Lots of options for food and drink nearby with, restaurants, cafes, 1 supermarket, and liquor store a few blocks away. Public bathrooms, outdoor gym, public pool (currently close due to Covid19) is in the middle. The west side has the lagoon, rentals and waterpark The east side has the playground, volleyball nets, BBQ and picnic tables etc. There is a nice walkway along the lakefront. There are several hotels on the lakefront. We could see kite surfers, seadoos, paddle boards, etc., so lots of water sport options here.

Nestled deep within the natural beauty of the Kuskanax Valley, the Nakusp Hot Springs offers over 200 acres of year round outdoor recreation opportunities. Located 12 km NE of Nakusp, the Hot Springs are nestled amongst nature's splendour, along the Kuskanax Creek. Come for a restorative soak in the mineral pools after taking a hike on the many trails in the surrounding area. Stay at our cozy Chalets or in our Campground for the full experience. Visit our spectacular Kuskanax Creek Footbridge just a short walk from the Hotsprings. The source of our mineral water and original site of the Hotsprings are also accessible by hiking trails. For the more adventurous, try a day hike to the beautiful Kimbol Lake.
We love Nakusp Hot Springs because it is so clean and bright, and the view over the mountainside from the water is exceptionally beautiful. It's a simple place, not pretentious. Everything is fresh and clean, and their simple snack bar offers great coffee and good food.

Went there with my teenage son and we enjoyed the hot springs - Take care on the forestry road driving there, there is active logging in November. Also, the walkway from the parking lot down to the rugged pools can be slippery depending on the weather. However, we thought it was well worth the drive and walk, there are multiple pools with varying warmth water (one pool with fairly hot water), and a beautiful view of the forest and river.

The Ktunaxa First Nations peoples embraced the nupika wu’u, or hot mineral waters, for their healing and rejuvenating powers and the Ainsworth Hot Springs has been welcoming guests since the 1930s. Explore our distinctive caves where HOT mineral water flows freely from the earth, creating a natural steam bath. The hot water is cooled to a comfortable 35C-37C as it enters into the main lounging pool. Immerse yourself in the warm soothing mineral water for a relaxing yet invigoration experience!
Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed - lovely bathroom (shower, no bath), coffee, fridge, TV, wifi. The hot springs are well maintained (often these places seem a bit “tired” - not here). We were fortunate to come a couple of days before everything shuts down for a week of maintenance, meaning the hot springs were only available to those staying at the Resort, so wonderfully uncrowded and equally relaxing. The restaurant, “Ktunaxa Grill”, is excellent value with a menu to suit the needs of a young family all the way to a more fancy adult meal. We had dinner and breakfast, and both were top notch without breaking the bank. Surprisingly quiet...

Adjacent to the Lillooet River, in the Pemberton Volcanic Belt, you will find Tsek Hot Springs and the sacred location of the In-SHUCK-ch and St’át’imc people (nkúkwtsa) of British Columbia. The nkúkwtsa established a permanent village of (s7)ístken (pit houses) and plank houses along the banks of the Lillooet River, and a series of trails through the nearby forests to hunting grounds and neighbouring villages. The mineral hot springs at Tsek provided our ancestors with physical and spiritual wellness, while the loose, sandy nature of the soil made the cedar tree roots grow long and straight. Tsek’s hot and cold springs became the most important spiritual site in the lower Lillooet River Valley. It is said that the cool spring served as a healing pool where the Elder mothers trained men to be chiefs, watchmen, and other important positions in the In-SHUCK-ch Nation. Pronounced “chick”, Tsek Hot Springs (also known as Skookumchuck Hot Springs and St. Agnes’ Well Hot Springs) has continuously been occupied and utilized by the St’át’imc people as a location to heal and cleanse the body and spirit centuries before Europeans arrived along our shores.

When traveling between Alberta and BC take a break in Eagle Pass. Park awhile and stroll the boardwalks through majestic forests… right from the highway-side pull-thru parking spots perfect for RV'ers. Experience the Suspension Bridge to get close to the falls; then make time to warm-up in the hot mineral-rich pools. You can enjoy the amenities for an hour; or choose to stay at this resort on Eagle River for an extended time. We offer a wide array of accommodation choices from simple tent sites… to a luxury 3-bedroom executive suite close to the waterfalls.
We hiked to the falls and across the suspension bridge in the morning and in the afternoon when it started to rain we hit the hot pools !! Can’t say I’ve ever had more fun on a rainy day! Cute little gift shop and very friendly staff :)

We were staying overnight at a B&B on this trip so Sharon said she would like to visit the "Public Pool" Very reasonable entrance fee and towels and lockers can be rented if needed. Large facility with spacious and clean change rooms. This is a hot spring fed public pool so the water was hot to enter. Very few people in attendance. Very pleasant and we enjoyed out visit. previously, we have contemplated booking a room at the hotel to use their hot springs but now I have experience the public pool I will visit it agaion and save myself some money.

Have been to all the Parks Canada hot springs, and a few private, and this is well worth the visit. Very clean, and the layout of the pools is good. Scenery is simply amazing and the experience is relaxing yet energizing. Had lunch at the restaurant which was very good and i would recommend including that into your visit for sure. Well worth the trip from Revelstoke. I would highly recommend it.
