It was like walking into Shangri La, luxurious surroundings, gorgeous staff and very welcoming. Nicole was my beautician today. My facial was exquisite, Nicole explained the process and ensured my skin concerns were addressed. She was very progressional in her approach but more importantly, warm and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Nicole. After my treatment, Ellen, the Spa Manager was so helpful, spending time explaining the various packages to help me select a gift voucher. My entire Harbour Day Spa experience was very special Thank you, Maree ????

Since it is located inside Pullman hotel, I expected a Pullman price tag. Even though it is affiliated with Pullman, it is blissfully authentic and genuine with affordable prices. That’s one of the reason, I visited it twice: I actually could afford it. The second reason: the massage was very professional and enjoyable. They are even registered with Health Funds, which is a rarest among spas attached to the hotels. I highly recommend this place.

We (my mum and I) arrived early for our Orchid package of reflexology, facial and massage and were greeted with happy smiles and hot tea. We were given pants to change into to protect our clothing in the foot spa (a lovely gesture, thank you!) and had the best foot and then full body massage! The therapists are kind with strong fingers, check the pressure and release all your tension. I had the pregnancy massage and it made me feel a million times better and so relaxed! Facial was good also, but the massages are the best part. Have already booked another appointment in a few weeks time as being pregnant, I know I will need it and the girls here will make me feel so much more relaxed. Thank you!

Wow, I have ummed and ahhed about visiting due to the fact that it isn't cheap but finally took the plunge. I splurged on the 105 minute Thai Pedi Deluxe and I have to say, it was EVERYTHING. I usually get the cheapie pedis at the local shopping centre and have only really had a pedi at a spa once before and it was kinda OK so I didn't really know what to expect. What I got was the most incredible experience. They got the yucky business end out of the way first (buffing and filing etc), then wrapped my tootsies up in paraffin before giving me the most exquisitely painful and relaxing neck, shoulder and head massage. I say painful because I carry a LOT of tension in my neck and shoulders however the end result was me practically drooling in a state of complete relaxation. She then moved onto my calves and feet for the best massage experience I've ever had. The only downsides I can point out is that I had trouble finding the place (it is really tucked away and the building signage leads you the wrong way) however I phoned and one of the ladies actually came out to find me. The only other minorly negative point is when choosing a polish colour, they turn on the lights which have a very yellow cast. I chose what I thought was a very delicate pearlescent lilac shade that turned out to be in sunlight not the most attractive. However altogether one of the best afternoons of my life! I honestly thought 105 minutes would be more than enough but when she got out the hot towels indicating it was nearly over, my initial reaction was 'that's not enough!'.
