Bisbee has declined in size and vigor from its glory days as a thriving silver and copper mining town, but the decrease in population has not robbed the vitality from this historic center. A haven to artists, retirees and history buffs, Bisbee astounds visitors with vibrantly colored rock faces and picturesque houses hugging the edges of cliffs. Its history can be discovered in its numerous museums, historic staircases and a mine tour that leads deep into one of the remaining caverns.

This is the sweetest spot to get a drink in Bisbee. If you are on to the unusual, you have found it here. It is located on the second floor of the Silver King Hotel in room four at the top of 26 stair steps. The space was originally a guest room but with no windows it fell out of favor. The owner, a highly educated lady from the east coast and a savvy business person imagined a tiny bar in the space to bring in more revenue. There are three seats at the bar and a tiny table in the corner for two. It is cozy. When a sixth person appears and orders, the drink is delivered as a pass through. And if you are lucky, you will find a retired RN, Jan, mixing drinks in the well stocked bar. This place is a must for those who seek places that seldom fade in memories.

Great craft beer on tap, quality bourbon and specialty cocktails. Open mic night every Thursday, live music on Fri and Sat nights and Sunday day. Relaxed but upscale atmosphere, great for a date or a large group. Beautiful historic venue that was recently remodeled, with top of the line bathrooms, air and water filtration, natural mixers, fresh juices, and a COMPLETELY green and environmentally friendly bar. Always a good time!
