Climb a miniature volcano, crawl inside a giant bubble or explore the surfact of Mars.
Loved this place! We had a rainy day on vacation & took our young ones here..we literally had to drag them out! Small rooms with different activities for the kids to engage in. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

I spent a couple hours at the Krasl, viewing the outside sculpture and the inside art pieces. It is an asset to the community and to visitors and should be supported. One can sit outside and enjoy the sculpture garden - some pieces are designed for kids so it may be noisy but that is ok. The collections vary on the inside. I found the staff to be most helpful with explanations of the pieces and with the history of the museum

The New Buffalo Railroad Museum, “The Little Museum That Could”, is housed in a Pere Marquette Depot replica on the historic rail yards of New Buffalo, Michigan. 3 stalls of the original 16-stall roundhouse and coal tower can be viewed. Displays include furnishings and items from the original depot and Pere Marquette and Pullman artifacts. Rail yard crew photos and equipment including lanterns are also shown. A HO scale, hand-crafted model train layout replicates a historic picture of the city in the early 1900’s. Visitors can stroll thru a restored World War II Pullman Troop Sleeper Car and a C&O Chessie Blue Box Car. Interactive children’s activities are available for different age groups. Visitors can chose to join a free guided tour or discover the museum individually. No admission, but donations are accepted.
