Class: Tools - you’ll want to buy these handy, inexpensive SE Asian tools after using them. Kitchen management - good practices. Ingredients - an essential cupboard, as well as fresh for the specific lesson. Proportions and why. Experience: Very hands on. Good explanation with lots of humor. Miss Tam is a very generous soul. An excellent combination of spontaneity and the canons of a splendid cuisine. You are rewarded with your results. Bon appetit!
